INS:
- Reading b4 bed
- Crochet & crafts
- Yoga
- Colorful outfits
- Mindfulness & Gratitude
- Podcasts & audiobooks
- Phone calls w/ long-distance friends
- Journaling & goal setting
- Matcha
- Doing my nails
- Being thoughtful
- Having a signature scent
- Clean room & making my bed daily
- Sitcoms (New Girl, Parks & Rec, the Mindy project are a few favs)
OUTS:
- Social media (snapchat and instagram on my phone...I have insta on my iPad #iPadkid🙈🙈)
- Comparison> destroys reality! One of my favorite reminders: "Don't compare your insides to other people's outsides."
- Multiple cups of coffee
- Bad sleep
- Feeling ‘behind’> who determines what 'behind' vs. 'on-track' is?
- Uncomfortable outfits & shoes
- Lack of budgets/ financial planning
- <8 hours of sleep
- Buying books instead of going to the library/ listening to audiobooks> less waste!
- Overscheduling
- Negative- self talk
- Impulse buying
- Inconsistent eating schedule/ skipping breakfast
- Powder makeup
- Neglecting self-care/ not prioritizing yourself & your needs
